At the International Solid State Circuits Conference (ISSCC), Sony will be unveiling their latest creation - the 45nm Cell Chip. It uses 45% less power than the 65nm chip, and it’s also very small. Obviously.

It’s amazing that something so small can do so much. Now then, Sony are working on getting it ‘out there’, and we’er assuming that they’re going to be in the next wave of PS3’s (or the 120gb versions).
